November 14, 2008 Huge news to
report...the HBO documentary "Dirty Driving - Thunder Cars of
Indiana" which contains the song 'The True American" by the one

November 11, 2008 Here's a whole
lotta stuff...Duane's gonna be in Burlington Vt tomorrow night at Nectar's
to celebrate WBKM's Birthday!!! More dates added to the Appearance Page.

November 6, 2008 How about some
more free goodies? Alright then...we just posted three live mp3's recorded
at Center Street Saloon in Rutland VT (Thanks Phil!). Also, don't forget
about Duane's upcoming shows at Nectar's in Burlington on the 12th for
WBKM's 1st birthday and at K.C. Dubliner in Burlington CT on the 15th.

October 29, 2008 Only 2 more days
to the Freaker's Ball and the official release of Duane's new album

October 25, 2008 Hey!! The first
review for "American Boy" is in! Check it out on the Review
Page. Lots of new adds to the Winter Tour Schedule too:) Don't forget
to get your tickets to the Freaker's Ball that takes place on Halloween at
The Paramount Theatre in Rutland VT. Tix are $10 and Duane will be
headlining the show with The Backwoods Messiahs and also releasing his new
album to the public.
October 19, 2008 Thanks to all who
came out to Center Street Saloon this past Friday and making it such a
great night! Lots and lots of new dates have been added to the Appearance

October 14, 2008 We just added
some new dates including one for this Friday the 17th at Center Street
Saloon in Rutland VT from 8:00 - 11:00. Be there or be square!!!
October 12, 2008 We have the new
records.....hee hee!!! We also have posted our first video from the Neil
Young Tribute Concert in Burlington VT that Duane performed at. Check it

October 6, 2008 Well, Duane's new
record isn't far away now...to hold you over, there's a new video from
Duane's solo set at Harvest Moon 2008 on the Video
Page. Also, new dates are posted on the Appearance Page. By the way,
thank you to all of you who made the night at Center Street Saloon last
week so special by coming out to see the show. We appreciate it:)
October 1, 2008 So much
news...First of all, Duane is going to be playing at The Center Street
Saloon in Rutland VT this Saturday (4th) from 8-11. This is a return as
Duane's was the first band to play there back in the early 90's. He also
is starting at his new home in Killington on Thursday. Duane will be
performing at Jax every Thursday from 9:30 - 1:30. He is excited about
this change and could really use everyone's support to make it a
successful transition. Duane's new record "American Boy" is in
the final stage of production ..it is being pressed. It will officially be
released on Halloween night at The Freakers Ball in Rutland VT at The
Paramount Theatre. 4 bands, food, beverages, sound by Atomic, psychedelic
lighting by Dark Star, a beautiful acoustically sound historical theatre,
the first chance to get Duane's new disc......look, for $10 if you don't
support this concert shame on you....this event is loaded for bear and
priced for the hard economy. Please, take advantage of it. Tickets are
available directly from any members of the 4 bands (Duane Carleton and the
Backwoods Messiahs, Jim Gilmour Band, Crazyhearse, Bona Fide Dregs) or
straight form the Paramount Theatre box office. Go to the links page to
get them online. Also, Duane still has some tickets left for his Party Bus
to Burlington CT November 15. Again, you can get tickets by dropping
us an e mail or from Duane in person. There are lots of new pics added to

September 28, 2008 How about a
taste of Duane's solo performance at Harvest Moon this year? Okay...right
on the New Tunes Page. The Winter Tour is
shaping up and new dates are coming fast and furious! Check it out on the
Appearance Page. Duane's new album will be released on October 31st at The
Freaker's Ball at The Paramount Theatre in Rutland VT. If you don't have a
ticket yet go to the links page to order straight from The Paramount box
office or e mail us at the Send Email button or get them straight from
Duane or one of his band members. Also, we still have some tickets left
for the Duane Carleton Party Bus to Burlington CT on 11/15....Don't miss
out on this opportunity!!! Don't forget to come and see Duane at his new
Killington home on the access road for the Winter at Jax on Thursday
nights....
September 24, 2008 Here's an
exciting bit of news!!! Duane will be starting at his new home in
Killington this week! On Sunday he will be filling in at local's night at
Jax from 9:30 - 1:30 and then starting on October 2nd, he will be playing
at Jax every Thursday night from 9:30 - 1:30......check out the Appearance
Page for all the info:)
September 23, 2008 We've added
another new add from the Harvest Moon on the Electric Gallery Page
featuring a guest performance by Casey Grant from Shuttefermunde. Don't
forget to get your tickets to the Freaker's Ball on Halloween Night at The
Paramount Theatre in Rutland VT. This will be Duane's official release for
his new record "American Boy". The new tour schedule is coming
in so make sure to check back often. Tickets are moving for the Party Bus
to Burlington CT on November 15th, so make sure to get yours from Duane at
a show to reserve your seat! You can catch him this Thursday at South
Station in Rutland VT from 6-9 for instance!!!
September 18, 2008 Duane's going
to be in Rutland VT at South Station from 6:00 - 9:00 tomorrow, be there
or be square for free munchies and music:) New dates are added to the
Appearance Page!!! We just got the word that we'll be receiving video
footage from the Neilfest in Burlington VT that Duane played a few weeks
ago....of course we'll be sharing it here.
September 14, 2008 Duane's new
album is being pressed as we speak. Soon....very soon. We have a tune
posted from Duane's set at the "Comes a Time" Neilfest in
Burlington VT on 8/31/08. It is posted on the New
Tunes Page. The Winter Tour schedule is continuing to come in. Check

September 6, 2008 The tour

September 1, 2008 What a
weekend!!! Great times at the Harvest Moon and Neilfest (don't forget to
